How does the search bar work?

Just like Google! By entering a product reference or manufacturer, our algorithm will search our stock to find your item. Don’t worry if the reference you’re looking for doesn’t appear — it doesn’t necessarily mean we don’t have it! Feel free to contact us directly for personalized information.

How long are your parts under warranty?

Seujet International offers two types of parts: either brand new or reconditioned. Both come with a 12-month warranty. In some cases, the warranty period may be 6 months — this is always clearly specified and mentioned on the quotation.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! To ensure the best possible service, we use international shipping solutions. We have no delivery restrictions and ship worldwide.

What payment methods and currencies are accepted?

To make your order process as easy as possible, we accept multiple payment methods, including:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Credit card
- Debit card

We accept payments in a variety of currencies. However, euros (EUR) and Swiss francs (CHF) are preferred. Payments in other currencies may be subject to additional fees. All transactions are processed via UBS or Crédit Agricole.

Why aren’t product images shown?

Since we offer thousands of references — whether new, reconditioned, or obsolete — using generic images could be misleading. However, if you request it, your contact person will be happy to provide photos of the exact parts you're interested in!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, our customer service team will automatically send you a tracking number.

Should I expect additional customs fees?

No, because we always ship our parts under DAP (Delivered At Place) incoterms.
